Retail Therapy, If You Will

If you’re staying at Arch + Cable and realize a little retail therapy would do you some good, Greater Mankato has you covered. From large retailers to locally owned boutiques, there is something for everyone in our region. Let’s take a look at a couple of shopping areas and what you can expect to find there.

Old Town

Starting right outside of the Arch + Cable doors, Old Town offers many boutiques that have unique gifts and that thing you didn’t know you needed but now you HAVE to have. If you are looking for women’s fashion and accessories, Bella Nova is the place to go! The Mother, Daughter team at Sonny + Dot has some of the cutest Minnesota gear we’ve come across.

Wanting to express yourself with unique clothing? Head to The Wild Sparrow for the perfect piece to express your authentic self. For beautiful jewelry made by women to empower women, check out Baubles and Bobbies.

Although they aren’t located in Old Town, if you take a short trip over the bridge into North Mankato you’ll find The BEAST Foods. Alongside an amazing food variety is the Sota Love Boutique that offers products for the MN lifestyle.

Hilltop

Another great shopping area in Mankato is Hilltop. For trendy, women’s fashion stop by Wallflowers Boutique located in the Madison East Center.

Ranked in the top 5 percent of elite independent jewelers in the nation, Exclusively Diamonds is the place to go if you’re wanting to add some luxury and sparkle to your shopping day.

Make sure to check out Maria Elizabeth Jewelry while you’re there!

Going out for dinner but just don’t love the outfit you packed? J. Longs has what you need for a night on the town. You can also find high-end activewear, accessories, and gifts from local brands.

Looking for familiar, national retailers? The River Hills Mall features the places you love like Scheels, American Eagle, H&M, and more. The mall also has a great blend of small boutique stores and plenty of options to grab a bite to eat.

There are many more amazing shops in the Greater Mankato area to check out while you’re here. Maybe you’ll have to stay at Arch + Cable more than once? Booking is available now for stays starting November 14th! Just in time to relax in our rooms after a day of checking off your holiday shopping list.
